Upturn Community Health Systems assists adults who struggle with serious. persistent mental health diagnoses develop the necessary skills to overcome the functional impairments they experience as a result of their mental health.

Our PRP Program

(Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program)

Upturn CHS PRP Program works with individuals and their treatment supports with the intention of promoting functional living, working and socializing in their communities of choice. The Program is a skills development program designated for adults 18 years and older to develop the necessary skills to overcome functional impairments that are experiencing within the following areas:

  • Social

  • Independent Living

  • Education

  • Vocation

  • Wellness. Illness Management

Our site-based program utilizes structured groups where members learn, develop and practice needed recovery skills. Site-based groups are offered in Baltimore County and Baltimore City, Monday –Friday.

Our mobile program works one-on-one with members in their home or community helping them to learn, develop and practice needed recovery skills. Mobile services are offered in Baltimore County and Cities, Monday - Friday.
